I have been involved with the history of British cookery for over thirty years, working in television and radio slots with the BBC. I write for several local newspapers and enjoy guest chef appearances for all area's of the catering sector.

The detective in me brings me to every corner of the world looking to see how food came to our tables, talking about and demonstrating the food from yesteryear.
