My services are tailored for each individual client. There is not only myself on each project but a team of specialists within the food industry. This enables me to complete with the highest of standards and equipment of all my projects.

I have recenetly worked on projects from the Liverpool 2008 Capital of Culture, Mantinga in Lituania, British Food Festivals thoughout the country, Cookery Demonstrations for the BSA, Lunch, Taste, ITV Granda and the BBC.

I work alongside Waterfields Bakery developing new Sandwich and Snack Ideas. Including Packaging Designs and Product Development.
